At Biovet Australia Pty Ltd we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines the conditions and process for refunds and returns.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You may be eligible for a refund or return under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Products: The product arrived damaged, defective, or not as described.
Change of Mind: Unfortunately, a refund or return is not accepted for change of mind.
Not Fit for Purpose: Returns may be accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase, if it is not fit for the purpose intended, provided the product is in original condition and packaging.
Service Cancellation: Refunds for services will depend on the specific cancellation terms outlined in your service agreement.
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:
Brand New products must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Refurbished products must be in the same condition you received it.
The product must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.
Batteries and Consumables are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
3. PROCESS FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team at admin@biovetaust.com.au within 5 business days of receiving the product.
Step 2: Provide proof of purchase and details about the issue.
Step 3: If the return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for sending the product back.
Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original or preferred payment method.
If the refund is delayed, please contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be issued for:Products with missing components or packaging.
Services that were partially rendered.
5. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at admin@biovetaust.com.au
